“I chose Campbell University because I wanted to get out of my home state of Connecticut and focus on becoming an influential female PGA Professional. My parents and I researched every PGA Golf Management school in the country and nothing compared to the program here at Campbell. Things like the internship opportunities, the weekly tournament series, special events and the connections you make through this school are what have made my experience here over the top. Getting a business degree is just an extra bonus. Throughout my four years I have interned at The Patterson Club in Fairfield, CT; Woodway Country Club in Darien, CT; and Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, GA where I had the opportunity to work the 2014 U.S. Amateur!”

“Working at Oakmont Country Club was a once in a lifetime experience! As one of the hardest courses in America, Oakmont Country Club was a great place to better my game and make meaningful connections in the golf industry. I learned how to cater to the world’s most elite golfers and how to perform in high-pressure situations. The staff at Campbell has added an immense value to the network of connections I was able to build over my internships. No other PGA Golf Management University brings the level of experience you will receive at Campbell. Talking with students from other schools at internships, Campbell University provides more real world applications to the text supplied by the PGA. It really was the atmosphere that brought me to Campbell University; it’s a place where I felt I would be able to focus on my game and my studies. A key-determining factor of why I chose Campbell University was the ability to obtain a Masters degree in only an extra semester and I am currently on track to graduate in May of 2016 with both BBA/MBA degrees.”

“Campbell has the best PGA Golf Management program in the world. In Beijing, it is famous. I also liked Campbell because it is quiet, there is no big city. This will help me focus on my studies and golf game. This is not my first study abroad experience. I traveled to Great Britain in 2008 where my mom was an English professor at a university. This is where I learned how to speak English and improve on my golf skills. Here at Campbell, my experience has been very good. I made a lot of friends and have enjoyed playing in the golf tournaments. I placed second in the Patriot tournament. My partner and I shot a combined 14 under par. I would recommend students to come to Campbell. It is beautiful and will provide many opportunities. I would recommend for them to study abroad if they are able to financially. I would one day like to start a program in China, to help extend the opportunity to those students to offer them the experience and knowledge I am gaining.”

“The Professional Golf Management Program at Campbell University is truly special compared to all of the other schools because here everyone is able to pursue their own passions. Buies Creek is not just place to become a PGA Member or a get a college degree. The Creek is a breeding ground for future innovators throughout the golf industry. Our students, faculty, and alumni are pushing the limits and literally changing the game forever. Coming to Campbell was easily one of the best decisions of my young life. The network it has helped me build in four years is absolutely incredible. My network from internships at Deepdale, Atlantic and Frederica Golf Clubs have me leaving here fearless to graduate and excited to enter the professional world. I am ready to take on whatever challenges the next chapter of my life has to offer.”
