Complete the course requirements specified by your certificate of interest:
Undergraduate Certificates
- Certificate of the Study of Business Negotiation
- Certificate of the Study of Transnational Law and Negotiation
- Executive Certificate of the Study of Negotiation
Graduate Certificates
- Executive Certificate of the Study of Negotiation
- Advanced Certificate of the Study of Transnational Law and Negotiation
Step 2: Application Form
Once you have completed the required courses for your certificate of interest, complete the School of Business Certificate Application Form.
Step 3: Submit
Send the completed application form and applicable fee (by check) to:

Step 4: Review
A degree audit will be performed by our office to verify all required coursework is satisfactorily completed and all fees are paid. Upon completion of this audit, a formal recommendation for the awarding of the certificate will be presented to the Dean of the School of Business. Upon acceptance by the Dean of that recommendation, a request will be submitted to the University of Reading to grant the certificate.
